Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. Orders shipped to Canada are subject to international import regulations. See duties and taxes details below.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Canadian orders may require an additional 1–2 business days for customs documentation and compliance verification.
Delivery Estimates
U.S. orders: 5–10 business days after dispatch.
Canadian orders: 10–20 business days after dispatch. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays,weather, or peak seasonal volume.
Shipping Carriers & Tracking
We primarily use USPS for U.S. orders and USPS International for Canadian deliveries. A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
Tracking updates may be limited after the package reaches the destination country. Canadian customers may need to use the local postal service's tracking portal.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If a package is delayed or marked "delivered" but not received:

Duties & Taxes (Canada)
All import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable upon return. Only the product price is refunded (original shipping refunded only if required by law due to our error).
