1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All payments are processed securely via a third-party payment processor. We do not store full card information on our servers.
2. Currencies
For orders shipped to addresses within the United States, all products are priced and charged exclusively in U.S. Dollars (USD). For orders shipped to addresses within Canada, all products are priced and charged exclusively in Canadian Dollars (CAD).Any currency selection shown on the Website or at checkout is provided solely for display and convenience. It does not change the final transaction currency, which is always determined by your shipping destination (USD for U.S. orders and CAD for Canadian orders).If your payment card is issued in a different country or currency,your bank or card issuer may apply its own exchange rate and/or foreign transaction fees. Such fees are imposed solely by your financial institution and are not collected by Childers Avenue Studio.
3. Authorizations & Charges
Placing an order may result in a temporary authorization hold on your card. The final charge is applied when your order is confirmed. Declined payments may require verification; unverified orders may be canceled.
4. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after processing. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
